Ryne Jungling

I am a follower of Jesus, husband, and father of three. I am an educator by trade and enjoy spending my free time cooking for my family and keeping up with sports. I have been a small group Bible Study leader and Sunday school teacher for a number of years. I have a bachelor’s degree in History/Social Studies Education from the University of North Dakota and Master’s Degree in Educational Technology from the American College of Education. Since Anders’s death, though, my real passion is sharing our story with others and advocating for safe sleep practices. The first words of Bye Buddy were written sitting beside the hospital crib of my youngest son Elias, just under 10 months after Anders’s death. The story is one of tragic child loss but also shares the hope that is only found through a relationship with Jesus Christ.
